Drawn By Pain Screening RSVP!

If you are attending the Drawn by Pain screening (October 13th, 6pm, Tribeca Cinemas, NYC) or even thinking about attending, this is the place to RSVP! Please tell us the following details (you will be contacted with further info via email or message):

1) When are you arriving in NYC (if you live here or close please type N/A)? And when are you departing?

2) What airport will you be arriving in?

3) Will you need a hotel room (we are trying to find a good group rate)?

4) DO you have preferred roommates or do you need some?

5) How many guests will be coming with you to the screening itself.

6) Do you have any special needs as far as travel goes (need a ride from where etc)?

1) Probably arriving on thursday evening, probably leaving on monday (then going to Maryland for another 3 weeks or so)
2) JFK, I think
3) A Hotel room would be good :)
4) I think I've got my roommates sorted already
4) Will just be myself coming to the screening.

Arrival: October 11th @ 5:42pm
Departure: October 16th @ 10:12am
